Ingredients
- large egg
- cup peanut butter
- cup of sugar
- Salt (optional)
What to do?
- Preheat the oven at 350°F and line the baking sheets with butter paper.
- Beat the egg in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add peanut butter and sugar and whisk the mixture until it is completely lump-free and smooth in texture.
- Drop small mounds of the dough on the baking sheets with adequate distance in between (1 or 2 inches). You can also make a crisscross pattern with the help of a fork if you want.
- If you are using salt, sprinkle a little bit on top of the cookies before putting them into the oven.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown. Rotate the tray halfway through so that they are evenly baked.
- Once baked, let them cool and serve!
Oats Cookies

- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup grated dried coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Vanilla essence
What to do?
- Mix oats, grated coconut, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Keep aside.
- Take a pan and mix milk, sugar, cocoa, and butter. Stir for a minute or so and then add the vanilla essence.
- Add the oats mixture and make a thick paste.
- Line the baking tray with butter paper.
- Pile the tray with small portions of the mixture in the shape of cookies. Keep an adequate distance between each.
- Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, and they are ready to serve!
