In case of order cancellation refund will be initiated subject to the following points:
- All refunds will be processed to the same payment method within 15 working days.
- Any order is accepted subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. In case an order is cancelled owing to unavoidable circumstances, the same shall be communicated to customer and the amount paid shall be fully refunded.
- Single attempt for delivery will be made. Do confirm availability of recipient at the selected time and place of delivery. No second attempt will be made if recipient is not available and the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
- If any duplicate order with similar details is placed, without any6 clarification from the customer, we will process both the orders. Any consequential arguments will not be entertained and no refund will be granted.
- The product specifications in terms of weight, size, colour or photo mentioned on the sight are only approximate and indicative. The actual product may slightly vary on those attributes and no refund would be granted based on such variation.
- If a product delivered does not meet customer’s expectations, it is recommended to raise a complaint to our customer service team within 3 hours of receiving the product. The team shall reach out the customer with appropriate decision and course of action after looking into the matter.
- It is ensured to deliver the order as per the time slot selected however, delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of exceptional circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections or during festivals or busy days like Valentine’s Day, Diwali,, New year Eve etc. Cancellation of orders would not be possible in such circumstances and orders will be executed on the consecutive days.
- Cancellation would not be permitted for orders placed for same day delivery.
- If any fraudulent behaviour is detected, we are liable to cancel the order at our discretion and no refund will be initiated in such cases.
- Recipient should check the order at the time of delivery in presence of the delivery executive, if found damaged, replacement of the order would be done within 6 hours. However no claims of damage would be entertained after the delivery is duly received.
- Minimalistic damages like name/message on cake not written or slight damage to cream/decoration of the cake would not qualify for refund.
- The executuion of the order shall be considered complete and no refund will be processed in following cases:
- Incorrect address mentioned by the customer
- Delivery premises is locked
- Recipient not available at the given address
- Recipient has refused to receive the order due to personal reasons
- Delivery is made at the gate/reception of any housing society, hospitals, resorts and hotels, any personal or public property, etc. and the recipient’s number is not reachable.
